Summary: SharpTraderHub is a paid subscription service. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. First-time annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Free trials never trigger a charge if you cancel before the trial ends. Statutory consumer rights — including any mandatory withdrawal rights under the law of your country — always apply.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to SharpTraderHub ("Service"), operated by Softr Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a number of business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We are usually able to resolve billing issues directly and faster. Filing a chargeback that turns out to be unwarranted may result in suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.
