Refund Policy

Summary: SharpTraderHub is a paid subscription service. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. First-time annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Free trials never trigger a charge if you cancel before the trial ends. Statutory consumer rights — including any mandatory withdrawal rights under the law of your country — always apply.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to SharpTraderHub ("Service"), operated by Softr Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Free Plan and Free Trial

  • The free plan is, and remains, free of charge. No refund applies because no payment is taken.
  • Where a free trial is offered for a paid plan, you will not be charged during the trial. The trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The exact trial duration and whether a payment method is required to start the trial are disclosed at sign-up and on the Pricing page.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and no refund is needed.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. When you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • You will not be billed again at the end of the current period.
  • You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current paid period.
  • Partial-month or pro-rata refunds are not provided as a matter of course.

We may grant a refund on a discretionary, case-by-case basis where the Service was demonstrably unavailable for a significant portion of the billing period due to a fault on our side, or where applicable law requires it.

4. Annual Subscriptions

  • 14-day refund window for first-time annual subscribers: If you subscribe to an annual plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase by contacting us at the email below. This window does not apply to renewals of an annual subscription you have already had in a previous year.
  • After the 14-day window: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the Service has been materially unavailable due to a fault on our side. You may still cancel auto-renewal at any time; you will retain access until the end of the current paid year.
  • Annual renewals: Auto-renewal of an annual subscription is not, in itself, grounds for a refund after the renewal date, provided we gave you reasonable advance notice of the upcoming renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of habitual residence. In particular, where applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, that right applies and prevails over any conflicting term in this policy.

Where you start using the Service immediately upon purchase, you may, in some jurisdictions, lose a statutory right of withdrawal once full performance has begun with your prior express consent. Where applicable, you will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or to discuss a billing issue, please contact us at info@softr-solutions.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

  • The email address on your SharpTraderHub account
  • The plan you subscribed to (monthly or annual)
  • The approximate purchase date
  • A short description of the reason for the request

We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a number of business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We are usually able to resolve billing issues directly and faster. Filing a chargeback that turns out to be unwarranted may result in suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, communicated by other appropriate means. Changes only apply to purchases made after the change becomes effective.
